Shipping Info
The products you order
are shipped discreetly in no marked US priority packaging. No reference to
bondage is ever listed on the packaging. Orders go out within 3 business
days of receipt of payment. Credit card orders are usually processed the same
day. Standard Shipping rates are usually $4.05 for up to 5 DVD's. Email us for
pricing on larger orders. (2 - 10 shipping days average time in transit after
being shipped)
Returns
Returns will be made within 14 days of
your order date if the DVD or other inbondage
products are found to be defective. The same item will then be shipped to you at
no additional cost once we receive the defective item back. Due to the nature of
this type of product there can be no cash refund on any of our products. All our
DVD products are made in the DVD-R format to insure the widest compatibility
with current DVD players. Due to the nature of Digital Download there can be no
refund. If you encounter a problem with these downloads a direct link to the
file you purchased will be issued.

Cancellations
Regarding memberships. Cancellation of your membership is done by you via a
cancellation button located inside the members area.
